HPP Heidelberg Performance Protocols sells digital products, including downloadable or electronically accessible protocols, guides, and informational materials.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not offered once access to the purchased product has been provided.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

However, for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right of withdrawal expires once the performance of the contract has begun, provided that:

• you have expressly agreed that we begin the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period; and
• you have acknowledged that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital product is provided.

By completing your purchase and confirming the corresponding consent during checkout, you agree that access to the digital product may be provided immediately and that your right of withdrawal expires once access has been provided.

No Returns

As our products are digital and not physical goods, they cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once access to the digital product has been provided, all sales are final and no refund will be issued, unless required by applicable law.
